Enforce Commerce Equality for citizens of Puerto Rico. Make U.S. companies allow us to buy via Internet. (Ei. Apple.com)

Created by D.P. on December 04, 2012

Puerto Rico is a commonwealth of the United States, we are U.S. Citizens yet we are not able to participate in U.S. commerce as those living in other U.S. locations.

We are constantly rejected at many websites at the time we intend to pay with our U.S. Credit cards. VISA, MC, AMEX, it makes no difference. Our local Apple store and Banco Popular de Puerto Rico warned me of this in my latest attempt to acquire a membership into iBooks Publisher. Even the Apple technician on the phone was cognisant of this.
Adobe.com, iTunes Store, Bank of America just to mention a few, do not support transactions with us here in Puerto Rico.

We use U.S. Dollars, get our mail from the U.S. Postal Service.
We fought in all your wars.
Please be fair and grant us the rights we have contributed for along you
