enforce congressional residential laws.

Created by B.D. on March 15, 2012

We demand that the Obama administration enforce laws concerning areas of residency for members of Congress, such as Senator Dick Lugar, which despite the fact he has no legal residency or address in Indiana is still in office and representing this state.
Senators are legally required to live in the state they represent, and this is one very clear violation of congressional law. We are promised under the 14th amendment that the law shall be equally applied to all, thus members of Congress should be made to abide by residency laws.
