The "jail or church" program in Bay Minette, Alabama CLEARLY violates the 1st amendment of the Unites States Constitution, by forcing citizens to engage in "Church" activities "Every Sunday for a year" or face jail time or community service. It is obvious that for practicing Christians, this is no punishment at all. Law respecting an establishment of religion is ILLEGAL!
