Enforce the Constitution by Repealing or Abolishing Unconstitutional Laws, Policies, and Procedures

I petition the President of the United States to take a step towards minimizing violence in our society by recognizing the fundamental right of each and every human being to be secure in their life, liberty, and property at all times by abolishing verifiably unconstitutional laws such as: the PATRIOT Act; bills regarding "drone strikes" within the United States; state and federal laws permitting and exercising the death penalty and all other cruel or unusual punishments or excessive fines; any and all legislation limiting the freedom of the people to make individual choices when the effect of those choices cause no palpable harm to any party; and laws limiting the freedom of the individual to contract, travel, work, provide for themselves and others, or to live in peace.
