Enforce the constitutional rights of U.S. Citizens, especially the first and fourth amendment.

Currently unconstitutional search and seizures happen with little or no repercussions enforced on law enforcement. We, as all citizens, law abiding or not deserve these rights. The bill of rights was not created simply to be disregarded by law enforcement officers, it was created to allow Americans reasonable safety from unreasonable searches by the British for customs violations. There needs to be strong repercussions for illegally searching people's property it is an undeniable right. If we sacrifice security over personal freedom, we will become an Orwellian 'Police State'.
