Credit bureau's seem to think that they are above the law and do not have to follow the FCRA. The company Transunion leaves their customers to do their job when they are reporting inaccuracies to consumer's accounts. They do not follow the FCRA rules and will leave inaccurate information that is destroying customer's livelihoods. We the people need to put an end to this type of behavior. I believe we need more strict policies to enforce our right to be fairly judged by creditors. The customer service centers are horrible and they need to be addressed. Customers should not have to deal with disrespectful, condescending, no caring, rude, customer service agents. These people do not care how they act or what they say to us. Join me in putting an end to this behavior.
