You make a purchase with your bank card that has a visa or credit card logo and that money is deducted from account the same day.However, when it comes to a merchant refund, the credit card companies and banks will hold onto your money for up to 5 days. This petition seeks to give customers the same 'turn-around' service with refunds as with debits.
