Too often our Service Members & Veterans are affected by PTSD and other mental health issues that are hard to control on their own. Fireworks, especially, can trigger traumatic events that may have taken place on the battlefield. I am asking that we enforce a curfew for the use of fireworks to cease at 12:01 A.M. the morning of July 5th.
