Too often our Service Members & Veterans are affected by PTSD and other mental health issues that are hard to control on their own. Fireworks, especially, can trigger traumatic events that may have taken place on the battlefield. I am asking that we enforce a curfew for the use of fireworks to cease at 12:01 A.M. the morning of July 5th. It is unacceptable to put our Heroes through unnecessary burdens. Please help a fellow Veteran, that struggles with mental health issues stemming from the battlefield rest a little easier during our Nation's Independence Day. Thank you.
