Illegal Immigration is out of control in our nation. The Federal government has sworn an oath to protect and preserve our Nations Constitution and the Laws that have been instituted through our Executive, Judical and Legislative bodies.
We are currently releasing Illegals back on to our streets because of the dismal failure or our elected officials to secure our borders and support the border states which desperately need our help.
Those who sign this Petition demand that the Federal Government stop obstructing States from enforcing Immigration Laws but rather recognize the security risk to all if borders remain open range for Drug Cartels, TERRORISTS (yes there is such a people) and others who just want into our country for opportunity but don't want to go through legal channels to enter.
