the 2nd amendment is being trampled on. the Obama administration wants to enact more gun control and ban so called "assault weapons" to prevent more tragic events. banning weapons wont stop the spread of gun violence. the current administration needs to focus on the real matters at hand, the human mental instability.
this partition is for common since gun control, typical back ground check for no violent convictions or felonys and a sound mental state of mind. and providing and funding for more resources to recognizes and address mental illness. Remember, laws only stop the law abiding!
