The United States has big problems with crimes that involve firearms. Everyone in this country would like to put an end to this. The path that Obama is currently taking is not going to stop crime. Banning inanimate accessories or certain types of firearms is not going to work, because the problem is with the person holding the gun not the gun itself and the failed "Assault Weapons Ban" of 1994 proves this. I and many other gun owners would like better ideas to stop crimes like mandatory 5-10 year jail sentences for crimes committed with a firearm or something to that affect. After all criminals don't follow laws to begin with so the only people you are affecting are the law abiding citizens. Thank you! Any questions please contact me!
