Enforce the death penalty on all rapists and child molester, or equal boldly harm.

Anyone who is convicted of rape or molestation should not be allowed to continue life as a human. They should be considered a plague and eradicated. If we as Americans allow these offenders to continue to conflict harm, then we as Americans should consider our selves as void of humanity.
