Enforcing the death penalty in all states carrying out the sentence in 48 hours after found guilty. No chance for appeal. Sentence should be carried out by lethal injection. This would save the states money and reduce the inmate population in the prisons. Also ensuring that dangerous individuals are not released back into society.
