Enforce Department of Defense regulations on the Chas airF base to avoid building Palmetto Comm Pwky thru residence

Charleston County is planning to build the Palmetto Commerce Parkway. Although growth is great for the city. Most of these plans effect residential neighborhoods in the area. The Charleston Air force has property that can be used to widen roads and extend parkway, but they are refusing to make the necessary changes to do so. This is causing the county to plan to create alternative routes that run straight through two residential areas called Midlan Park and also Highland park which will effect thousands of people in the Charleston county area.The airforce has it's own regulations, but the department of defense has regulations that can allow the roads to be on their property vs affecting citizens and discrupting residential life.
