Strengthen enforcement of Do Not Call registration by utilizing additional resources (including NSA and Homeland Security) to identify violators and increase penalties for violators and notification of complainants of status and results. Too many callers conceal their identity and/or company name. There should be additional penalties for this. Right now the Do Not Call list appears to be used as a contact list.
