More and more local businesses are ignorant of the Do Not Call law. At least it seems so. Perhaps, however, they know about the law, and know the FTC will do nothing to enforce the law. I am not saying that the full power of the FTC should be rained down upon small business. Still, something needs to be done, because they are not bothered at all when I tell them that I am reporting them to the FTC.
