Government should enforce and penalized those who don’t collect their pet waste for up to $2000 and 1 month in JAIL. It’s just disgusting the amount of waste found on the sidewalks. People should not be allowed to have pets if can’t follow the rules or even have the courtesy of picking up the waste. Queens Borough, especially Jackson Heights is infected with disgusting people who just don’t care on picking up this waste.
