It is imperative that the unacceptable torture that goes on in Factory Farms be stopped. If anyone who reads this will watch a video on the unspeakable horrors that take place at these facilities, you will understand why the "Downed Animal and Food Safety Protection Act" must be passed into action. Whether you eat meat or are a vegan or vegetarian, we can all agree that what goes on with these animals is despicable and can not be tolerated. If the above act is put in place, it would force the factory farms to find a more humane way to handle these animals. Unless "we" speak up, change will not come. So go ahead, do some research, watch the videos, and PLEASE sign this petition.
