Enforce the Drinking Water Act for people can have safe drinking water.

Created by V.W. on March 26, 2012

There are nearly 270,000 oil and natural gas wells in the west and have been drilled since the 80’s. With the gas drilling process tons of chemicals are laced in water that may be someone’s drinking water. Which means those who drink the contaminated water are at risk for health problems. The Drinking Water Act needs to be enforced more. The Act sets standards and requirements for drinking water, but many local residents are being affected by contaminated water and something needs to be done.
