Make all welfare recipients take a mandatory drug test before they are allowed to receive welfare money. Also, welfare recipients with more than 3 children should be sterilized so that they cannot drain more money from society. It is time for Darwinism to take effect and let the fittest survive. People that are unfit to bear children or take responsibility for their actions should not be allowed to bring more life into this world.
