Enforce the education system in Texas by micromanaging budgets.

Created by Z.K. on May 14, 2015

In Texas, specifically the LISD school district, the school board has spend tons of money on technology-based learning. While this initiative may have had good intentions, it does not bid well for any of us students. Firstly, the iPad was chosen without any other thoughts of other mediums or companies. the superintendent at the time used all his power to waste money on technology and schedule changes. The iPads do not help students, but rather give teachers the opportunity to assign more time-consuming work. The lack of free-time students have deteriorates their mental state and social wellbeing. This is in high school. The opposite is true at the middle school level. Students have absolutely no work and only use iPads to play games. Please sign and help to stop this madness.
