This is very simple, we should enforce major retailers and some small business to send recipes electronic to customers emails. We should also set up some insensitive to small businesses a tax break or tax deduction for being more conscious about paper consumption. One of the retailers I know of that have this option is Sprint, but for now it is a choice not mandated.
