Enforce the Endangered Species Act and investigate the Green Sea Turtle Injuries and Deaths on Kauai, Hawaii

Created by S.S. on March 22, 2015

The marine life on the island of Kauai, HI is being irreparably damaged. This includes the endangered green sea turtle, coral reef and all marine wildlife. Kauai is home to the largest military pulsed microwave radar base and electronic warfare installation in the world as well as home to bi-annual RIMPAC Naval exercises with 23 countries participating with their warships along the coast, all testing radars, sonar and ordinance. There is now ample scientific evidence that the microwaves, sonar blasting and other forms of electronic warfare are destroying Kauai's marine ecosystems. The government is required by federal law to investigate any possible degradation to the habitat or livelihood of an endangered species. Green Sea turtles are losing their flippers, going blind and dying
