Provide the same pay and benefit to "part-time" employees who work the same hours as full-time employees, doing the same job. For example, long-term substitute teachers who work as full-time teachers, which include lesson planning, faculty meetings, and all of the other responsibilities of full-time teachers are offered the same pay and benefits as "full-time" teachers. Other examples include jobs advertised as "part-time" jobs but require the same amount of hours as a full-time job. The only difference is that you don't get the benefits of a full-time employee.
