President John Fitzgerald Kennedy issued executive order 11110 on June 4th 1963, ordering the treasury to print it's own currency backed by silver named UNITED STATES NOTE at the top of each bill.
By printing a silver backed currency straight from the treasury JFK was undermining the tyrannical banking establishment deceptively named the "Federal Reserve Bank". The FRB is, as you know privately owned and controlled by A group of banks who in turn are owned and controlled by what we reefer to these days as "The 1%"
The majority of our current national debt is owned by the very banks that print our currency. To quote a great man
