I have been trying for six years to address work life programs that are not working. It is very difficult to identify who to contact at DOL and OPM on their websites & it's frustrating. I have tried to contact Katherine Archuleta (OPM) & Barbara Mikulski (Senator) - no response. I have documentation to prove that the system is broken & needs to be fixed. Today I am trying "We the People" in hopes of getting someone to listen to me. I am not the only federal employee with this issue. We have great work-life programs but all agencies are not affording their employees an opportunity to benefit from these work-life programs. This is not fair. I have been patient, I have been polite and I continue to be a Stella employee. The Family Work Life/FMLA policy needs to be updated! Let me help!
