Enforce the first admendment of the United States constitution

Enforce the first amendment under the United States Constitution by banning any law enacted by politicians that are religiously motivated, for example ban on gay marriage, ban on abortion rights. You dont have to neccisarilly believe in these social issues, but it is a gross misjustice to American civil liberties gurenteed by the Bill of Rights. By definition the first amendment gurentees the seperation of church and state so any law that is religiously motivated is therefore unconstitional.
