Bayview Home loans and Bank of America must be investigated. They offered preamp proved cooperative short sales then transfer the loans to Bayview who will then deny he contract in the mist off a short sale contract. They the do a clouded deed in lieu and then deny because they state hat BOA is not allowing the second loan to be released. This is after they pay you relocation fees to move. Now hey state they are foreclosing which is unfair after two years of their runaround. This is happenings towns all over and the properties are not being maintained which is destroying neighborhoods.
