To enforce the illegal use of marijuana.

Marijuana is listed as a schedule one drug. This means that the FDA has made a decision that it has no accepted use even medically. It also means that the FDA has decided that it has a high potential for abuse. It also means that the FDA has decided it is not safe to be used. Marijuana is illegal but yet two states have made it recreationally illegal and 21 states have made it legal for medical use. According to the government it is federally illegal but yet the Obama administration has allowed it to be legalized in many states. It is almost as if they are abusing there power to enforce the laws that are in place not just the ones that they like. Texas tried to make a law that would go against a federal law and the government immediately opposed it. Please follow the federal laws.
