Enforce the IRS Code as written for 501(c)(4) corporations, meaning they are exclusively social welfare organizations.

Created by T.P. on May 18, 2013

Recent scandalous behaviors at the IRS with regard to tax-exempt organizations have been tainted with very political overtones.

The LAW does not allow political organizations to have 501(c)(4) status, reserving that privilege for genuine social welfare organizations. Past misinterpretation of the LAW has led to multiple political scandals, which should never have occurred.

The solution is to enforce the law as written, which will disqualify political organizations completely. They exist on all sides, and they are wrong in every instance.
