DISNEYLAND has just fired its IT staff. Their jobs have been outsourced to INDIA. The fired employees were ordered to train their replacements before exiting. Existing law forbids this practice if it negatively impacts American workers. Violating this law is American "corporate standard procedure." This administration refuses to enforce this law but says American workers will be protected under the new trade agreement??? This petition is the first step in forcing the government to do what it says and to follow the law. Failure to take concrete steps allows American corporations to continue to treat workers like fungible goods. The American people MUST write, call and vote to change this.
