Non custodial parent owed child support should not be made to provide 100% care for the child. If there is a court order in place for child support the custodial parent should also submit a new finincial affidavit before and allowances are granted to the noncustodial parent. Any missed payments or non compliance should be strictly enforced. It should be done in a timely manner not system generated. The allowances given to the other party are not fair to the parent owed support or the children envoled.
