Enforce the law for congressional, executive, and judicial branch members who violate or seek to skirt the constitution

Create an independent agency responsible for investigating and bringing members of all three branches of government whom engage in or seek to circumvent constitutional requirements, or who soever shall violate or seek to, or knowingly, violate their sworn oath of office, before the supreme court. Violation of constitutional accords shall carry the penalty of conviction of treason and the penalties, as set forth by the constitution, shall be levied upon them. Known or understood efforts to circumvent constitutional mandate shall carry a minimum sentence of 25 years in federal prison and all benefits (retirement and otherwise) shall be stripped from offending person(s).
