Enforce the law to protect the people from wrongful termination on any job without a valid or reasonable excuse !

I would like to see a law put in place to protect the people from wrongful termination includeing but not limited to , race , gender , size , creed , religion , or any other that may apply , it would also protect the people from being terminated without notice or being terminated without a reasonable and valid excuse with proof leadeing to the point of termination !
