Enforce the law requiring Congress to pass an annual budget.

Congress has not passed a budget since 2009 as required by law. It is time to enforce the current law. If a balanced budget is not passed by the deadline already set forth by law, all members of Congress will be taken into custody until a balanced budget is passed, but no longer than 30 days. If no balanced budget has been passed within 30 days, all members of Congress shall be released from custody and removed from their Congressional seats and replaced with more responsible Americans.
