Governments in every county need to understand that they can not let rich and famous people off the line when relating to serious crimes, for too long have famous people like Lindsey Lohan and now Justin Bieber gotten off serious crime punishments by flashing there cash if an everyday person was to get caught having drugs on them or illegally drag racing under the influence of alcohol and resisting arrest like Justin Bieber recently did we would cop a hefty fine, possible jail time and our licence would be revoked whereas people who are famous buy there way out and do it again. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE. how does the government and the police expect us to obey the law if celebrities, singers and actors don't, the answer is we wont so please enforce this rule to everyone to keep the people safe
