enforce laws on personal care product labels so to inform consumers of the contents in the product.

Created by P.J. on October 06, 2011

Please help to pass a law and to enforce it that if manufacturers market any personal care product as having a “certain” or enhancing ingredient that the manufacturer by law should indicate the percentage of the marketed ingredient on the label in order to help consumers decide to buy. For example, soap that are marketed as having, say for example, aloe vera, do not indicate the percentage of aloe vera in the soap. There are other types of care product on the market not labeled. When products indicate the percentage that the ingredient marketed on the product-label makes up on the product, this helps to inform consumers about the purchase they are about to make and to help them make a decision. This eliminates consumers' guesswork about the products' effectiveness.
