In GA, Emani Moss was found dead, burned, and in a trashcan at the age of 10 years old. The little girl warned her school nurse and teachers and even attempted to run away twice. This child was removed from the home before and allowed to return. The recent investigation was halted due to no known address.
Legislation must change to protect our children.
1) Have a registry of child abusers as there exists for sex offenders
2) Have Well Check program alert DHS when children are not keeping well checks or follow up appointments
3) Have school systems alert DHS when children disappear in their counties and/or the entire state school system.
4) Make all child abusers register their addresses and have semiannual checkups as do parolees and sex offenders
5) Let's call this EMANI's LAW!
