The President of the United States shall immediately issue an executive order revoking IRS Reg. 1. 501(c)(4)-1(a)(2)(i) stating that "An organization is operated exclusively for the promotion of social welfare if it is primarily engaged in promoting in some way the common good and general welfare of the community". The executive order shall state that, effective immdeiately, all organizations which receive 501(c)4 status must be EXCLUSIVELY engaged in promoting in some way the common good and general welfare of the community.
All organizations operating under section 501(c)4 shall be required to provide annually a certified copy of their expenditures for the previous year. They shall also be required to provide copies of any advertising or promotional media financed by that organization.
