Enforce a mandatory 21 day quarantine on all travelers originating from Ebola infected countries and states.

There is no reason that 18-80 people were exposed to Ebola in Texas. Common sense lends to a mandatory quarantine like one would do with pets overseas, but no country enforces that on travelers from Liberia, Sierra Leone, or the other infected nations despite it's 3 week incubation period. What if the man had landed in New York City instead of Dallas? As equipped as Texas is to handle the situation, there's no excuse for this happening. It'll mess up air traffic, but if the rest of the world follows suit, it'll stop the spread of Ebola in it's tracks because as it remains now there's only a matter of time before more infected people arrive on planes in other states. We need to end this now. Do this for the safety of the nation.
