Enforce a media gag order until multi-time zone states have completely finished their voting duty.

Using my home state of Florida as an Example, the state is split into two portions: Eastern, and Central time zones. News outlets such as: Fox, CNN,MSNBC,and ABC have quite the rude habit of declaring a state for one candidate or another before the other time zone has a chance to finish voting. It becomes quite demoralizing as a citizen in the later time zone when you start seeing the polls trending in one direction, it makes you question "Why should I bother? it's already called for." It's inhumane to deny a person their right to vote by prematurely calling an election before the whole state closes their polls.
This is not politically motivated btw, and you may guess wrong on what party im with :)
