Enforce minimum wage laws internationally for U.S. based companies outsourcing to other countries.

U.S. based companies should abide by the wage laws of the land they call home. Instead of taking advantage of much lower wages in other countries, they should pay the U.S. minimum wage and actually help the international economy.
Ideally this would be a great move. If this ends up not being cost effective enough for these companies they could simply look closer to home for willing employee's...
