Enforce no smoking on Indiana University's campus.

For my petition I am asking that Indiana University crack down on the smoking of cigarettes on campus. IU is considered a “Tobacco Free Campus”, however you can’t seem to go anywhere without seeing or walking through smoke. IU even has sections dedicated to smoking; these areas are placed throughout campus but often ignored and many smoke everywhere on campus, this needs to be stopped to protect the health of students and faculty.
