There is technology out there to help stop these tragedies that many of the people don't know about. A microchip that is inserted into a gun owners body that would only allow that gun to go off in that persons hands. Now add to this the fact that you could in fact monitor seratonin and other chemical levels at the time you are shooting that gun and we could have quite the solution to gun control. PLEASE MR. PRESIDENT, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS AND DO IT NOW!!!
