Imagine a very healthy animal. That animal is over run by ticks & fleas due to a refusal to maintain the anti-tick/flea treatments.
Those parasites (ticks and fleas) dig in and leach nutrients and blood from the once healthy animal.
We all know that these parasites carry diseases such as Heart Worms, Lyme and a host of others.
If no effort is made to remove the parasites, the animal becomes ill, anemic from blood loss and, no longer healthy enough to recover, dies.
This Admin. have been entrusted with the care of said entity.
The animal is not unlike the U.S. being neglected and left unprotected.
The fleas and ticks are the invading, illegal horde crossing our borders.
Many of the diseases will spread like wildfire as we are vulnerable to these diseases or to new diseases, such as Ebola.
