Enforce passage of a federal budget AS REQUIRED BY LAW.

Created by S.F. on January 04, 2013

Enforce the law requiring passage of an annual Federal budget by promoting legislation as follows:

If federal budget is not approved by legal deadlines all non-essential services and departments will suspend operations until budget is passed. Employees will be furloughed without pay. Legislators will be denied pay. If budget is not passed within 90 days after the legal deadline all members of the House and Senate shall be legally prohibited from holding any elected federal office for a period of no less than 6 years from the end of their current term and shall be denied any pension benefits they have accrued resulting from their service in the House or Senate.

Include provisions to prevent the extension or modification of current budget deadlines.
