Today's group of criminals and convicts do not truly understand the means of a punishment that will allow them to consider against future decisions involving unlawful manner.
By enforcing this suggestion, inmates would think twice before attempting to involve themselves in criminal activities, and it would encourage the public to think about the decisions that they make to guarantee they do not end up in this situation.
This would also reduce the excessive budget that is currently having to be spent on criminal justice punishment and the means to build and edit facilities that are used for such conveniences.
