Enforce promises for money and goods to different school programs and fine those whom fail to deliver on said promises.

There needs to be actual enforcement of the promises made to public schools for funding,educational tools&for security.There are so many schools that are promised X amount of dollars for both regular schooling&special programs that do not receive the money&end up asking the parents for extra.Those same schools have special arts and/or vocational type programs&will be promised X amount of computers or Arts equipment that they never see.There seems to be a misappropriation of these funds and/or goods& no one is doing anything about it.My daughter is just turning five now&is in one of the governments VPK programs.I was asked for extra money&items at the beginning of the year because they weren't getting all they needed.As a parent I feel it is time to fight for this to be enforced not ignored
