Enforce the protocols and statutes of CPS, prior of removing a child, laws, rules, parental rights, statutes not follewd

Children's Protection Services are not following the State Laws, Rules, and Protocols that were made to protect the families and children, prior of removal of any child or children's, to prove immediate danger of harm, to investigate a history of abuse. I know, I've experienced and saw my family torn apart, other families and friends experience this outraged of unconstitutional use of power, a avenue of State Revenue, a case managers commission, truly a black market of children being removed from their homes for profit. The State Laws, Rules and Protocols were created to protect and as these State Laws, Rules and Statutes created for public and state officials were made to follow too.
